Pixel Rhode Free Drone Photos Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Organizer: This promotion is organized by Pixel Rhode, henceforth referred to as "the Organizer". The Organizer's principal place of business is at 1240 S 2nd St #419 Minneapolis, MN 55415

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all new and existing clients who book a real estate photography session during the promotional period. Clients must be over the age of 18 and must own or have the authority to grant access to the property to be photographed.

Promotional Period: The promotion begins on February 23rd 2024 and ends on April 23rd 2024 ["Promotional Period"]. Bookings made outside of this period are not eligible for the promotion.

Promotion Offer: Eligible clients who book a new real estate shoot within the Promotional Period will receive 5 free drone photos of the property. These photos are subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Booking: To participate in the promotion, clients must book a real estate shoot by contacting Pixel Rhode via www.pixelrhode.com/contact or kate@pixelrhode.com A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the session.

Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within the Promotional Period to remain eligible for the free drone photos.

Drone Photography Conditions: Drone photography is subject to weather conditions and local regulations governing drone usage. If drone photography cannot be conducted on the day of the shoot due to these conditions, Pixel Rhode will not be obligated to offer a substitute or compensation.

Usage Rights: The client will receive a non-exclusive license to use the drone photos for all their marketing and promotional needs. Pixel Rhode reserves the right to use any photos, including drone photos, for its marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Liability: Pixel Rhode will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your participation in this promotion.

General Conditions: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in case of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

Data Protection: By participating in this promotion, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by Pixel Rhode and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Pixel Rhode's privacy policy.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by Minnesota without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this promotion, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these terms and conditions and all decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding. You agree that these terms and conditions represent the entire understanding between you and Pixel Rhode regarding its subject matter.
